Calyptra Vineyards and Winery Argentina is a project that includes a vineyard dedicated to the production of high-end wines, a 12-room boutique hotel, a regional cuisine restaurant, a tasting room and a winery with a production capacity of 200.000 liters.
In 2020, work was done to further the dam, generating more spaces to contemplate and enjoy the landscape and regional gastronomy for the people that visit us.
That same year, taking advantage of the excellent quality of the terroir, more grape varieties like Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay were planted in order to increase the number of products.
The vineyard grew and acquired a neighboring field filled with walnut, almond, chestnut, and other fruit trees, as well as a lagoon for the irrigation of the field and trees.
Currently, we are in the first phase of construction of the hotel, restaurant and tasting room. In the second phase, the winery and service areas will conclude the project over a three-year time frame.
